Location Data Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OwlFlow Studio (the “Operator”) and users of the CraveMatch location-based service.

Article 2 (Service)

The Operator uses your device’s location data to provide the following.

• Restaurant search and AI recommendations near your current position
• Display of your current location and recommended places on the map

Article 3 (Collection and retention)

• Location data is collected via your device’s GPS and similar signals when you run a search.
• For the restaurant analytics service (CraveMatch Chef) we derive an area code covering roughly 5km from your coordinates and retain it for 21 days alongside a food category and the hour. This form cannot identify an individual; the coordinates themselves and any movement history are not retained.
• Collected coordinates are used only to process that recommendation request, and the precise coordinates are not stored on the server afterward. One exception: if you register a venue in CraveMatch Chef, the device coordinates captured at the moment you register are stored as that venue’s location and kept until you register it again or delete your account.
• You can revoke location access in your device settings at any time (recommendations will then be unavailable).

Article 4 (Provision to third parties)

The Operator does not provide personal location data to third parties without your consent. Processing delegated to generate recommendations follows the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Damages and disclaimer)

The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of location data, and recommendations are informational only. Except as required by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this free service.
